Sales Manager - Pennsylvania / Virginia

Job Description:

The Sales Manager's primary role is to implement and execute the company’s strategy to optimize sales growth and develop the distribution channels of the Wacker Neuson full line of equipment in a specific geographical area involving significant travel.

This position is focused on the States of Pennsylvania and Virginia for Wacker Neuson. The Sales Manager must live within the sales territory.

This position is the key point of contact to our customers and responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with dealers and strategic accounts. Sales Managers formulate and implement business strategies to develop all pillars of distribution including individual account plans to grow overall sales revenue and market share with contracted, strategic and retail accounts.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to use a keyboard, calculator, and telephone. Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift (20 lbs.), and an ability to adjust vision for close vision work. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to operate a variety of motor vehicles such as truck, panel truck, compact equipment, hook up/unhook trailer, unload trailer.
