Access Data & Server Log Files

Our webserver automatically collects some information about you when you request pages from our server. We normally store the
following in a log file: your IP-address, browser line and domain, the name of the web pages you request, the website you are using
to visit us, date and time of your visit, the volume of data transmitted and successful file retrieval. This information does not identify
you personally and is only used for internal purposes. These internal purposes of data collection include the technical administration
of our websites and anonymous statistical information to evaluate how Wacker Neuson's web pages are accessed. This helps us to
optimize our web presence and continually improve the visitor experience. However, we reserve the right to examine the log files at
a later date if there is concrete evidence to suspect illegal use of the websites.
Handling of personal data
Under the terms of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) personal data are defined as any personal or business details
of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes for instance name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone
number. According to the BDSG, all of this data is subject to special protection, which we provide through technical and

Use of Google Analytics

Ireland Limited, Hanover Reach, 5-7 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. You can recognize Facebook plug-ins by the Facebook logo

When you visit our sites, the plug-in connects your browser directly with Facebook's server. Thus Facebook receives the

profile name and photograph, can be displayed by Google services such as search results or your Google profile, or elsewhere on

and other users. In order to use the Google +1 platform you need a public, worldwide visible profile, which needs to contain at least
the chosen profile name. This name will be used by all Google services. In some case this name may replace another name, which

Use of Twitter

Twitter service functions are incorporated on our sites. These functions are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San
Francisco, CA 94107, USA.. When you use Twitter and the "retweet" function the websites you visit will be connected to your
Twitter account and made available to other users. Data are also transferred to Twitter in this process. Please note that we, the

Wacker Neuson uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the data provided from loss, accidental or deliberate
manipulation, destruction or access through unauthorized persons. Our security measures are constantly updated and upgraded in
line with technological developments. However, please note that no data transmission over the internet, especially the use of email,
can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Therefore we recommend the use of conventional postal services for confidential
information. Whilst we strive to protect the personal information we hold, we cannot assume final liability for their the security.
Therefore, you transfer data to Wacker Neuson at your own risk.

Information & Right of Objection, Data Protection Representative

Under the terms of current legislation, we are happy to comply with any request for information about the nature of your personal
